LIMITED EDITION MINUTY M - ELLIOTT ROUTLEDGE
For the 2025 season, Australian artist Elliott Routledge brings his creative vision to Minuty M Rosé.
The sun, the sea, the wind... These natural elements characterize the Saint-Tropez peninsula and influence the Minuty vineyards. The 2025 Minuty M edition is adorned with illustrations capturing the colors, textures, and patterns typical of the French Riviera.
AN EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION ON THE SAINT-TROPEZ PENINSULA
Nestled between land and sea in the heart of Provence, Château Minuty has been the Matton-Farnet family wine estate for over 85 years over four generations and has been a Crus Classés des Côtes de Provence since 1955.
The Château Minuty vineyard enjoys a remarkably good exposure on the slopes of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It benefits from a temperate maritime climate and showcases southern grape varieties.
PROPERTY WINES
For a wine from the estate, everything begins in the vineyard, in a protected environment. The Château's vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, without the use of weedkillers or pesticides, as part of a continuous improvement process to reduce the impact of its activities on the environment.
Château Minuty is one of the last estates in the Côtes de Provence where harvesting is carried out entirely by hand to ensure the perfect integrity of the grapes. At the helm are Jean-Etienne and François Matton, deeply attached to their land, who draw their know-how and expertise from their family heritage.
