M RED
Concentrated from Provence, Minuty M wines are selected in the purest Minuty style. A combination of freshness, respect for the fruit, and intense flavors.
THE STORY
A distinctive red wine thanks to a careful selection of the best juices from all the terroirs of the Appellation, located by the sea as well as inland, passing through Sainte-Victoire. Local grape varieties are predominantly used, such as Syrah and Mourvèdre. Not to mention the unwavering desire of François and Jean-Etienne Matton to produce a wine from here and not from elsewhere, with this Minuty style where the glide in the mouth and the generous aromas on the nose are immediate and caressing.
THE METHOD
Everything in this wine is designed to preserve freshness as its main asset. Minuty selects juices of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, and a little Cabernet, all vinified with short macerations to preserve the suppleness of the palate and immediate fruitiness.
THE TASTE
A summer red wine, it expresses the crisp fruit of our Provençal grape varieties. Round on the palate and not lacking in character.
THE MOMENT
As an aperitif, it's a must-try with tapenades, rillettes, and all kinds of charcuterie. It's also a great accompaniment to savory buckwheat tartiflette-style crepes, brasserie dishes, and homestyle dishes like croque-monsieur, quiche Lorraine, tartare, veal blanquette, or pot-au-feu. Seafood dishes include gray shrimp, oysters in vinegar with shallots, or smoked fish sashimi.
