PRESTIGE WHITE
Minuty Prestige wines have been showcasing the terroirs of Provence for over 25 years. These wines are full of character, resulting from a subtle blend of power and finesse.
THE STORY
A white wine vinified to express all the freshness and elegance of Rolle. A very special ambition has been given to the House's white wines, centuries-old wines of the Mediterranean and allies of its cuisine. A white from Provence, then, but a Minuty white with the signature generosity of aromas and delicacy of flavors.
THE METHOD
All grapes are selected by Jean Etienne and François Matton with their expertise and know-how. The Rolle and Clairette from the estate are blended with Sémillon selected for its enveloping qualities. As with the House's rosés, there is no secondary fermentation to preserve the natural liveliness of the grapes.
THE TASTE
With its pale gold color and tangy highlights, this vintage is characterized by its aromatic explosion. The nose is marked by the expression of Rolle: lemony notes and white flowers. The palate is crisp and fresh, with hints of citrus and pineapple.
THE MOMENT
The beautiful liveliness in the finish calls for all seafood products and cuisine: sardine rillettes, scallop carpaccio, ceviche, sushi, green papaya salad, shrimp and grilled fish.
