We are proud to unveil our new 2023 vintage, which reveals a beautiful freshness and aromatic richness. 
During 2023, heavy spring rains favored the development of our fruit. Despite the summer heat, the grapes harvested by hand—from August 21 to September 15—were of high quality. Filled with the Côte d'Azur sunshine, the grapes offer a very good 2023 vintage, with all the typical freshness of the Minuty style, enhanced by a slight salinity specific to the terroir of Provence.

Lightness is the first word that comes to mind when describing our wines. It is the common thread in the creation of each vintage and determines every action, from the selection of the ideal ripeness of the grapes to the moment of bottling.
Thus, each wine we offer offers a finesse with delicate aromas, never heady, where the mouthfeel is silky and the finish is airy.
Elegance is also emblematic of the taste harmony of our vintages. A harmony where the acidity of a white always finishes smoothly and the airy sensation of a rosé is persistent. Floral notes counterbalance iodine notes and fruitiness accompanies the spice. A skillful and lively balance that marks every moment of a Minuty wine.
