Ingredients :

For the marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid honey
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar

For the Sando:

  • 1/2 fillet of bluefin tuna
  • 1/2 romaine lettuce
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1/2 Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of Espelette pepper
  • 30g of trout roe
  • The juice of a lime
  • 1 baguette
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 slices of Iberian ham (or Patanegra)
  • 20g of butter
