Prestige Blanc is a wine born from the ambition to reveal all the freshness and elegance of Rolle, an emblematic grape variety of
Provence. It expresses the generosity of aromas and the delicacy of flavors, true to the signature of the House.
Like Prestige Rosé, it comes from a selection of the finest terroirs of Provence and is distinguished by its purity and elegant structure, which unfolds lightly on the palate to offer an airy and refined finish.
Created more than 25 years ago by Jean-Étienne and François Matton, the third generation of the family, the Prestige cuvée
Blanc embodies the desire to offer a white wine from Provence that is immediately appealing and perfectly controlled.

the method

Minuty Prestige Blanc is made from a careful selection of grapes from the finest terroirs of Provence, supplemented by plots from the Estate. Following the harvest, pressing allows for a rigorous selection of free-run and pressed juices. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at low temperatures to preserve the wine's intensity and freshness. No malolactic fermentation is performed.
