Minuty Prestige Rosé is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes from the finest terroirs of Provence, complemented by selected plots within the Estate. After the harvest, pressing allows for a careful separation between the free-run juices and the pressed juices, in order to retain only the purest fractions. Alcoholic fermentation is then carried out at low temperature, in order to preserve the aromatic freshness. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out, in order to preserve all the tension and liveliness of the wine.
