Created in 2015, this cuvée is the latest Minuty rosé. Why 281? It's a nod to the Pantone blue number chosen for the bottle's design. This deep blue pays homage to the Mediterranean Sea, whose proximity influences the exceptional quality of the Minuty vineyard every day. 281 is also inspired by the visionary and innovative ambition of Étienne Matton, the father of Jean-Étienne and François. In the 1970s, he selected Grenache clones unique to the estate, which are now found in the plots reserved for the 281 cuvée. This rosé thus pays tribute to the family heritage and the exceptional terroir of Minuty.
