Ingredients for 6 people:
For the dough:
- 120g of flour (or more, depending on the size of the small Swiss cheeses)
- 2 small Swiss-style cheeses (small size, otherwise add flour)
- 60g of softened unsalted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Almond cream:
- 40g of softened unsalted butter
- 50g of brown sugar
- 50g of almond flour
- 1 egg
Trim :
- 7 ripe white peaches
- 20 g of brown sugar
- 6 whole almonds
- A few raspberries
- Olive oil
