THE STORY
A white wine vinified to express all the freshness and elegance of Rolle. Special attention has been paid to the Maison's white wines, age-old Mediterranean allies of its cuisine. A white from Provence, but a Minuty white with signature generous aromas and delicate flavors.
THE METHOD
Jean Etienne and François Matton use their knowledge and expertise to select all the grapes. The wine blends the winery’s Rolle and Clairette with Sémillon chosen for its richness. Just like the brand’s rosé and white wine, what locks in the grapes’ natural vibrancy is that there’s no second fermentation.
THE FLAVOUR
With its pale gold color and acidic tints, this cuvée is characterized by an explosion of aromas. The nose is marked by the expression of Rolle: notes of lemon and white flowers. The palate is crisp and fresh, with hints of citrus and pineapple.
THE EXPERIENCE
The lively finish beckons all seafood dishes: sardine rillettes, scallop carpaccio, ceviche, sushi, green papaya, shrimp and grilled fish salads.
