Sando Tuna recipe by Juan Arbelaez paired with Minuty Prestige Rosé
Ingredients :
For the marinade:
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of liquid honey
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
For the Sando:
- 1/2 fillet of bluefin tuna
- 1/2 romaine lettuce
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1/2 Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of Espelette pepper
- 30g of trout roe
- The juice of a lime
- 1 baguette
- 3 eggs
- 3 slices of Iberian ham (or Patanegra)
- 20g of butter
