the story

A white wine crafted to reveal all the freshness and elegance of Rolle, the flagship grape variety of the Provence region. Particular attention is paid to the Maison's white wines, heirs to a centuries-old tradition and perfect companions to Mediterranean cuisine. A white from Provence, but above all a Minuty white, recognizable by its generous aromatic signature and the finesse of its flavors, combining balance, precision, and delicacy.

the method

Minuty Prestige Blanc is made from a careful selection of grapes from the finest terroirs of Provence, supplemented by plots from the Estate. Following the harvest, pressing allows for a rigorous selection of free-run and pressed juices. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at low temperatures to preserve the wine's intensity and freshness. No malolactic fermentation is performed.
