Prestige Rouge embodies the very essence of a Provençal red, faithfully reflecting the unique Minuty style. Conceived as a generous wine on the nose, with a supple and airy palate, it reflects Jean-Etienne and François Matton's vision: to offer an authentic, accessible cuvée full of character. A red true to its terroir and designed to seduce with its balance and modernity.

the method

Minuty Prestige Rouge is produced through a rigorous selection of grapes from the terroirs of Provence and specific plots on the Estate. Malolactic fermentation is followed by partial aging in French oak barrels, giving the wine complexity and structure.
