An artist

For the 2026 season, Italian artist Lucia Vinti brings her creative vision to Minuty M Rosé. To fully capture the essence of her work, Minuty enlisted the help of French photographer Lisa Raio.

An inspiration

During her residency at the Domaine, Lucia Vinti immersed herself in the 90-year history and expertise of the House, nestled between land and sea on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. This stay enriched her artistic vision and captured the simple, radiant elegance that has inspired Minuty since 1936.

The illustration for this new edition of Minuty M Rosé is also directly inspired by its aromatic profile. With notes of red berries and peaches, the bottle evokes the wine's generosity and freshness through a luminous composition. The patterns and colors thus echo the Mediterranean lifestyle and its summer tables.

A recipe

To extend this experience, a summer tart was designed using the aromatic notes of the wine, allowing enthusiasts to discover these Mediterranean flavors in the glass, but also on the plate.

Conceived as a true extension of the tasting experience, the screen-printed bottle thus creates a natural link between wine and gastronomy.

the story

Minuty M embodies both the spirit of Provence and the Minuty style. Provence through its selection of grapes from all the terroirs of the Côtes de Provence appellation, from the coast to the hinterland, including the foothills of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range. Provence also through the shape of the bottle, refined in 2014, but invented and designed in the 1960s by Monique Farnet, mother of Jean-Etienne and François Matton. A visionary, she created a unique shape that would later mark the visual identity of the region's rosés. This is proof of the Matton-Farnet family's pioneering role in the world of Provence wines. Finally, Minuty M is the expression of the Minuty style, a cuvée where aromatic intensity blends with lightness on the palate.

The grapes come from all the terroirs of the Côtes de Provence appellation, both continental and maritime. Pressing is carried out, followed by settling and low-temperature fermentation to preserve the aromatic integrity of the wine. Food and wine pairings

Minuty M Rosé pairs perfectly with all kinds of appetizers and savory snacks: olives, tapas, taramasalata, crackers, wasabi peas, and vegetable chips. It also complements summer salads like the classic tomato and mozzarella or Niçoise salad. From the sea, Minuty M Rosé enhances seafood such as small crustaceans, pink shrimp, and shellfish. It also goes well with grilled or roasted appetizers.

A recipe has been created especially for this limited edition: a summer peach tart. This dessert will perfectly complement the wine with its refreshing character.
