We are proud to unveil our new 2023 vintage, with its freshness and aromatic richness. 
In 2023, heavy spring rains favored the development of our fruit. Despite the summer heat, the grapes harvested by hand - from August 21 to September 15 - were of the highest quality. Filled with the sunshine of the Côte d'Azur, the grapes offer a very good 2023 vintage, with all the freshness typical of the Minuty style, supported by a slight salinity typical of the Provence terroir.
In our different cuvées, you'll find the House's signature taste: lightness, elegance and luminosity.
Lightness is the first word that comes to mind when describing our wines. It's the guiding principle behind the creation of each cuvée, from the choice of the ideal ripeness of the grapes to the timing of bottling.
As a result, each wine we offer has a delicate, never heady, finesse with a silky mouthfeel and airy finish.
Elegance is also emblematic of the gustatory harmony of our cuvées. A harmony in which the acidity of a white wine always ends in suppleness, and the airy sensation of a rosé is persistent. Floral notes counterbalance iodine and fruitiness accompanies spiciness. A skilful, lively balance that marks every moment of a Minuty wine.
Finally, with our wines, we capture the light of the Mediterranean. Each cuvée graciously captures this sunny vivacity.
