We are proud to unveil our new 2023 vintage, with its freshness and aromatic richness. During 2023, heavy spring rains favored the development of our fruit. Despite the summer heat, the grapes harvested by hand - from August 21 to September 15 - were of the highest quality. Filled with the sunshine of the Côte d'Azur, the grapes offer a very good 2023 vintage, with all the freshness typical of the Minuty style, supported by a slight salinity typical of the Provence terroir.
