The Rose et Or cuvée comes from plots in the three major terroirs of the Estate (schist, clay, and sand), all certified High Environmental Value (HVE), with harvests carried out entirely by hand. Only free-run juices, renowned for their finesse and purity, are selected for the production of this cuvée. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperatures to preserve the freshness and aromatic expression of the grape varieties. No malolactic fermentation is carried out, thus guaranteeing the liveliness and natural balance that characterize this wine.
